vom 19. September 2017
betreffend die Abänderung der Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea
Aufgrund von Art. 2 des Gesetzes vom 10. Dezember 2008 über die Durchsetzung internationaler Sanktionen (ISG), LGBl. 2009 Nr. 41, unter Einbezug der aufgrund des Zollvertrages anwendbaren schweizerischen Rechtsvorschriften und der Beschlüsse des Rates der Europäischen Union vom 22. April 2013 (2013/183/GASP), vom 31. März 2016 (2016/476/GASP), vom 19. Mai 2016 (2016/785/GASP), vom 27. Februar 2017 (2017/345/GASP), vom 6. April 2017 (2017/667/GASP) und vom 12. Juni 2017 (2017/944/GASP) sowie in Ausführung der Resolutionen 1718 (2006) vom 14. Oktober 2006, 1874 (2009) vom 12. Juni 2009, 2087 (2013) vom 22. Januar 2013, 2094 (2013) vom 7. März 2013, 2270 (2016) vom 2. März 2016, 2321 (2016) vom 30. November 2016, 2356 (2017) vom 2. Juni 2017, 2371 (2017) vom 5. August 2017 und 2375 (2017) vom 11. September 2017 des Sicherheitsrates der Vereinten Nationen1 verordnet die Regierung:
I.
Abänderung bisherigen Rechts
Die Verordnung vom 24. Mai 2016 über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea, LGBl. 2016 Nr. 196, in der geltenden Fassung, wird wie folgt abgeändert:

It directs key personnel appointments for the Workers’ Party of Korea, the DPRK’s military, and the DPRK’s government administration. It also purports to control the political affairs of all of the DPRK and is instrumental in implementing the DPRK’s censorship policies.

Name: PROPAGANDA AND AGITATION DEPARTMENT (PAD)
A.k.a.: na F.k.a.: na Address: Pyongyang, Democratic People's Republic of Korea Listed on: 11 Sep. 2017 Other information: The Propaganda and Agitation Department has full control over the media, which it uses as a tool to control the public on behalf of the DPRK leadership. The Propaganda and Agitation Department also engages in or is responsible for censorship by the Government of the DPRK, including newspaper and broadcast censorship.
II.
Inkrafttreten
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Kundmachung in Kraft.
