vom 17. Juli 2024
betreffend die Abänderung der Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber der Islamischen Republik Iran
Aufgrund von Art. 2 und 14a des Gesetzes vom 10. Dezember 2008 über die Durchsetzung internationaler Sanktionen (ISG), LGBl. 2009 Nr. 41, in der Fassung des Gesetzes vom 9. Juni 2017, LGBl. 2017 Nr. 203, sowie unter Einbezug der aufgrund des Zollvertrages anwendbaren schweizerischen Rechtsvorschriften und des Beschlusses (GASP) 2024/1970 des Rates der Europäischen Union vom 15. Juli 2024 verordnet die Regierung:
I.
Abänderung bisherigen Rechts
Die Verordnung vom 19. Januar 2016 über Massnahmen gegenüber der Islamischen Republik Iran, LGBl. 2016 Nr. 10, in der geltenden Fassung, wird wie folgt abgeändert:

Those UAVs are deployed by Russia in its war of aggression against Ukraine. Servomotors and flowmotors in detached Iranian UAVs found on the Ukrainian battlefield have been traced back directly to Sarmad Electronic Sepahan Company.
The company itself advertises its activities in Iran by claiming to be active in large sensitive industries in the country, including that of UAVs.
It is therefore supporting and involved in Iran’s UAV programme.
II.
Inkrafttreten
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag der Kundmachung in Kraft.
